Parineeti Chopra seems to have been missing in action for a while now, and before you think it is some newfound love that has been keeping her busy, the actress clarifies saying, “That’s the only thing that hasn’t changed in my life. I’ve even given up thinking about it.”

So what has changed then? Recently, she moved into her plush new sea-facing home in Mumbai and decorating it has been keeping her busy. The actress has also been looking a lot more fit these days. The reason, she says, “Actually I never got a chance earlier to look my best, running around coping with my impossible shooting schedules. And that too, running around in a car. If one is literally running around, they can at least lose weight.” She continues, “I wasn’t giving myself enough time. I was just so happy working. I thought being busy with work was all that mattered. The moment Kill Dil released I was able to take some time off to look after myself. Today I am happy with the way I look. The results are showing and everybody is looking at me with affection.”

The actress says that she is looking at some scripts. “And I’m catching up with family and friends. I even have time to fulfil my endorsement commitments,” she says. While on the topic of endorsements, we ask her to comment on the trend of celebs associating themselves with questionable brands. Pari says, “There is only so much actors can know about the product they are endorsing. We depend on what the brand tells us about the product. And these are time-tested brands. So, why put all the blame on actors? But yes, I do feel that actors need to do as much research as possible.”
