Vishnu Vishal, who is basking in the success of Indru Netru Naalai, is all set to start shooting for his next film titled Poda Andavaney En Pakkam. The film will be directed by R Kannan who debuted with the rom-com Jayam Konden and has Pisasu fame Prayaga Martin playing the female lead. It was announced earlier that the film will be set against the backdrop of Richie Street in the city.
A set has been erected to film this look.We’ve heard that the crew has plans to shoot a few sequences in the metro train, which was launched in the city just last week.
The team has sought permission from the authorities, according to a source, and if everything goes well, the movie will be the first to have been shot in the metro. Interestingly, Kannan was a former assistant to Mani Ratnam, and the latter had used trains and railway stations in crucial scenes in many of his movies.
