United States: A Reddit user who goes by the username ‘Dishy31983’ recently found her childhood diary, from back in 1993. She came across a dairy entry made by her on 29 March, 1993, which, she instantly knew should be shared with the world.
In it, her 1993 self writes about how she feels guilty for bullying a kid from her class. Why is that so important? Well, the kid's name is 'Eddie' Snowden.
‘Eddie’ Snowden or Edward Snowden as the world knows him, is an American computer professional, former CIA employee, and government contractor who leaked classified information from the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) in 2013. The information revealed numerous global surveillance programs, many run by the NSA and the Five Eyes with the cooperation of telecommunication companies and European governments.
When the rogue CIA agent initially revealed this classified information, the United States bureaucracy came to a standstill, they didn’t know what they were up against this time.
