WhatsApp adds new emojis to Android handsets
WhatsApp users seem to go all gaga over new updates for Android, iOS, BlackBerry and Windows Phones on a day-to-day basis. The developers of WhatsApp have been conducting several tests with the aim of improving its design and improving creative ways of expression.
Emoticons or Emojis help you express your emotions/mood most conveniently via WhatsApp. There are times when you might not prefer sending long text messages but let your dearest know your feelings by just using an emoji.

On downloading the 2.12.161 and 2.12.159 beta version of WhatsApp, skin tone modifiers will be added to each of its emoticon. A report by Android Police states that this will include colours such as yellow and five gradual shades from milk white to chocolate brown.
On selecting a particular skin tone, WhatsApp will set that as the default emoji of expression. However, Android users can just tap-and-hold to recover the selector, thus helping you to check out the new skin tones. Additionally, a new Vulcan Salute emoji will also appear in the next few weeks.
