Salman Khan turns a gracious host for media
Mumbai: Photos of Salman Khan from media events don’t usually have him smiling. Often the media drives him over the edge during interactions and the actor’s displeasure is evident. But all that seems to be a thing of the past. Salman bhaijaan seems to be having a pleasing disposition these days.
Neck deep with work, shooting in Karjat for Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, Salman was in his best behaviour when a group of radio jockeys met him there for an interview. They were pleasantly surprised to have Salman sit down with them for a long informal chat, even before the actual recording could begin. He asked them about their lives, the world of radio and other things. He also showed them around the lavish set of the film, which is full of paintings.
Even in Mehboob Studios back in Mumbai, where Salman is doing all his interviews, he is making it a point to play the gracious host. He has made lavish meal arrangements for waiting scribes. Before he starts his interviews, he even requests some of them to join him for a quick bite. He has candid conversations with them, and the smile on his face is intact. So clearly, he seems to be breaking away from routine.
His film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, directed by Kabir Khan, is all set to hit the theatres this Eid. The actor will be launching an extensive promotional campaign starting this week.
