Mumbai: Chris Martin is in India! Yes, you got that right. The Coldplay front man was in the nation’s capital on Wednesday evening. The star rocker and multi-Grammy award winner even played an impromptu set of his hit singles at Summer House in Delhi's Hauz Khas village.
Chris partied the night away with fellow musicians Vishal Dadlani, Raghu Dixit, actress Freida Pinto and members of the comedy group All India Bakchod. For all those hard-core ‘Coldplay’ fans wondering how and why they couldn’t get tickets to see this top secret show, we have the answer. Vishal took to his Twitter handle to round up what really went down last night. His tweet read: "It wasn't an event. We were at a dinner together, and he just went 'let's go play somewhere'! And, boom!"
As if missing the inpromptu gig wasn’t bad enough, he went on to say, "What can I say, really? Tonight was BIG. On stage with Chris Martin singing to a stunned Delhi crowd."
Chris played and sang songs like 'Fix You', 'Viva la Vida' and 'Paradise', videos of which are now doing their rounds online.
