After his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s prominent presence at the Cannes Film Festival, Abhishek Bachchan is all set to follow suit. Word is that AB has been invited to inaugurate the Indian International Film Festival of Queensland later this month. The event is scheduled to happen in Brisbane.
The actor will be leading the jury at the festival. In fact he’s the only Indian actor on the jury, sources have revealed. When asked about it, his spokesperson confirmed saying, “Yes, Abhishek Bachchan will be leading the eminent panel as the chairman of this year’s jury.”
