Allu Arjun fulfils kids’ wishes
Actor met three kids at a private hospital as their last wish was to see him
Hyderabad: Following the footsteps of some of his seniors, actor Allu Arjun has fulfilled the wishes of a few young fans suffering from chronic diseases through Make A Wish Foundation. On Wednesday, the actor met three kids at a private hospital as their last wish was to see him.
“They had tried several times to contact me, but I was abroad and was unable to come immediately. After I returned to India, I came to know about them and immediately wanted to see the kids,” says Arjun, appealing to celebrities to respond immediately when the Make A Wish Foundation approaches them.
“Another kid also wanted to see me, but before I reached India, he had passed away. My sincere apologies to the organisation for being unable to fulfil this wish,” says the actor.
“It was a great moment for me to fulfil these children’s last wishes. At this moment, these kids needs self-confidence and financial help,” he adds.
“They were like any other kids talking about films and which song they like,” he says.
Earlier, actors like Pawan Kalyan, NTR Jr and Ram Charan have met kids suffering with chronic diseases and helped them recover. A young girl, Srija, who is a big fan of Pawan Kalyan, made a full recovery after the superstar had visited her.
