Vijay’s fans are eagerly awaiting his upcoming fantasy drama Puli and we have heard that the actor agreed to do the film after his son Sanjay approved of the script. Vijay was initially apprehensive about doing the film, as he had never attempted this genre before.
It was director Chimbu Devan who narrated the script with a storyboard to Vijay’s son, and impressed him with the narration and had him imagining his dad doing dare-devil stunts in warrior costumes.
The shooting for Puli has been wrapped up, and post-production work is progressing at a brisk pace, hand-in-hand with computer graphics simultaneously in five different countries. This film will be released by the last week of August.
