Fiat is working on a new SUV based on he 500X’s platform, which was recently caught on test by Carwale, at Auburn Hills, Michigan.

According to Carwale’s sources, the new SUV is a 4x4 model, which will share basic mechanical components with the Fiat 500X. The new SUV will sport a new range of four-cylinder engine. The new SUV will be offered with front-wheel drive as standard and all-wheel drive as an option.
Further, the report also stated that the new SUV is expected to be made in Italy in 2016.
