Facebook page on cash-for-vote dares Andhra Pradesh to sue them

The persons featured in the pictures claim to be administrators of the page
Vijayawada: A group of netizens running a Facebook page ‘Manavallu Briefed Me’ that lampoons AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, has started a campaign challenging the AP government and the Telugu Desam to file cases against them.
The FB page sufuraced soon after the alleged audio tape purpotedly carrying Mr Naidu’s voice was aired on news channels. Since then the page made hundreds of posts relating to the cash-for-vote scam.
Many of the posts make fun of Mr Naidu’s statements; it takes its name from the alleged words used by Mr Naidu in his purported conversation with TS nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson.
As part of the challenge, seven pictures have been posted on the page showing people holding placards that read: “I am the admin at ‘Manavallu briefed me’ Dare to file a case (sic).”
The persons featured in the pictures claim to be administrators of the page. One of the claimed admins is Chegondi Chandrasekhar, who is a film director according to his profile. “This page will work till the cash-for-vote case is resolved. Anyone is free to express their opinion on this topic,” says the description of the page.
The campaign was started after a section of TD leaders threatened that action would be taken against social media users who comment against Mr Naidu following the scam. Pawan Kalyan and other TD ministers were also targeted by the administrators. The page admins, on various occasions, have claimed themselves to be supporters of Telangana.
