Thanjavur: The Shanmugha Arts Science Technology and Research Academy (SASTRA) University here is planning to conduct a free week-end joint entrance examination (JEE) main coaching classes from August 2015 to April 2016.
For this, an entrance examination for 11th standard students belonging to the science stream will be conducted on July 5, Sunday, at the University campuses, both at Thanjavur and Kumbakonam between 10 am and 12 noon.
The top 30 students will be selected, based on their performance in SASTRA’S entrance examination and will attend the week- end JEE coaching classes to be held free of cost at the SASTRA campus.
Registration can be done either by sending an e-mail to jeecoaching@sastra.edu or by post to the following address – Dr V. Badrinath, Director, Dept of Training and Placement, SASTRA University, Thirumalaisamudram, Thanjavur 613402) with their name, name of school, contact number, mail id and the preferred venue for the exam (Thanjavur / Kumbakonam).
