Patna: A five-year-old girl, who fell into a borewell in the Mitra Mandal Colony of Patna on Sunday morning, has been declared dead.
Earlier in the day, she had been pulled out from the borewell and was rushed to the hospital.
"The child was stuck in mud and her breathing was feeble," State disaster response force deputy commissioner AK Jha said after the girl was sent to a hospital for immediate medical care.
