Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti are the Pakistani actor’s newest B-Town buddies after KJo

After bonding with Karan Johar, we hear Fawad Khan has made some other prominent B-Town buddies as well. And Fawad’s new friends are none other than Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. While Fawad is currently in Coonoor, busy with the shoot for his film Kapoor And Sons, our source informs us that the actor is in touch with his new friends via social media.
“Zoya and Reema’s upcoming film — Mr Chaloo — has Fawad in the lead. So they have been very supportive of him and also going over all the nuances of their script with him,” our source reports. Incidentally, Fawad ensured he caught a show of Zoya’s Dil Dhadakne Do before he headed off to Coonoor.
Apart from Mr Chaloo, Fawad is also a contender for Reah Kapoor’s upcoming film with Sonam Kapoor. “Farhan Akhtar, Sidharth Malhotra and Aditya Roy Kapur are the other actors who are being considered,” an industry source told us.
