After health bands, a smart bottle adds to health gadgets
We live in a world where most of us give least importance to our health. Due to continuous ignorance, we may end up spending a lot of money on medication in future. Drinking water periodically can keep you hydrated all throughout the day.
Trago is basically the world's first smart water bottle, which can help you keep a track on how much water you drink throughout the day.

You can measure the amount of water using this bottle by just connecting it via its app, on your smartphone and other wearable devices as well. The Trago app helps coaches, trainers and parents the ability to monitor team hydration.
It can accurately measure the amount of water needed for your body by taking into consideration the body type, location and activity level:
- Body Type
Age, gender, height, weight
- Location
The weather, elevation, humidity
- Activity Level
Activity type, duration, and intensity
Trago uses patent pending ultrasonic technology to determine precise changes in the water level. Trago also allows coaches, trainers and parents to monitor groups and multiple bottles. The Trago Cap fits on any wide-mouth water bottle – including Nalgene's, Camelbak's and Hydro flasks. Trago runs for approximately 6 months on a common replaceable battery that can be found at your local drug store.
The company claims that Trago is perfect for people who sweat. Whether you are a professional athlete, or a 9-to-5'er who does most of your outdoor activities on the weekends, optimal hydration is critical to performing and feeling your best.
This smart bottle is basically a Kick Starter project, which is still in its developing stage. The company is expected to begin shipping this smart bottle latest by 2016.
