Hyderabad: The Telangana state government has issued a notification exempting retail establishments in the state from weekly closure as mandated in the Shops and Establishments Act.
This will allow retailers to keep shops and establishments open for 365 days a year. The notification was issued after the Retailers Association of India (RAI) requesting the state government to allow shops and establishments in the state to remain open on all 365 days of the year.
