Footage played for 10 minutes with audio as small crowd gathered

Locals in the Chinese city of Mudanjiang, which is ot far from the Russian border in the northeastern province of Heilongjiang, were suprise to watch a pornographic slip that was broadcasted on a billboard for about 10 minutes.
The public screen was located right by the side of a busy road and directly opposite a large hospital. while the clip played, locals can be seen walking past it. The video that has surfaced shows motorists beeping horns in response to the film, while others record the incident.
According to Daily Mail, a male employee had decided to entertain himself with the adult video while he was at work, but had accidentally projected it onto the screen after not understanding how to work the controls.
Interestingly, The People's Republic of China has banned pornography since its establishment in 1949.
