Hyderabad: Cash for vote scam accused and Telugu Desam MLA, A. Revanth Reddy, got visitors on Tuesday. Currently lodged at the Cherlapally Central Prison in Hyderabad, Mr Revanth Reddy was visited by two Telugu Desam legislators, Dhulipalla Narendra and Payyavula Keshav, sources in the prison said.
“Under official supervision, Mr Narendra and Mr Keshav spent around 15-20 minutes speaking to Mr Revanth Reddy,” the source revealed. His case will come up for hearing shortly.
Cash for vote scam: APFSL seeks new hardware for probe
AP Foresic Science Laboratory filed a memo in Anti Corruption Bureau court on Tuesday seeking hardware to proceed in cash for vote scam. FSL said that they need a new harddisk and three empty tapes to transfer video and audio recording onto from iPhones and other devices. The request was sent to ACB.
The same to Anti Corruption Bureau. Due to this the APFSL report may take few more days.
