Memo filed in ACB court to probe Chandrababu Naidu’s role
The ACB court received the petition and is yet to act on it
Hyderabad: A memo was filed in ACB special court on Monday seeking a probe into the involvement of Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu, in the ‘cash for vote’ scam. The ACB court received the petition and is yet to act on it.
The petitioner Mr K.M. Hasan Shareef, general secretary of the All India Minority SC and ST Association alleged that Mr Naidu was involved in the offence and trying to escape from the law by resorting to all kind of illegal activities against Telangana.
He alleged TDP MLA, Bonda Uma Maheswara Rao from Vijayawada harboured Jerusalem Mattaiah an accused in the case. In the petition he alleged, “The AP CM and ministers are trying to pull down the TRS government.”
