The film received flak for one of the scenes featuring the family on a two-wheeler
Mumbai: Kamal Haasan’s next thriller drama film ‘Papanasam’ has received much flak on the internet.
The film, which is a remake of Malayalam blockbuster ‘Drishyam’, was amidst controversies regarding one scene that has the actor sitting one a two-wheeler with his family but without a helmet. Pointed out as a reckless mistake on the actor’s part, who is considered as an icon down south, Kamal’s fans were left disappointed.
However being his humble self, the actor soon apologised for his mistake and also said that wearing a helmet while stepping out on a bike is common sense.
The film, which also features Asha Sharath and Gautham, has Nivedha Thomas playing the role of Kamal's daughter.
