Mumbai: Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif has finally landed her first international project with the king of martial arts, Jackie Chan.
According to reports, the film titled 'Kung Fu Yoga' is an action-adventure flick taking the two back in time on a treasure hunt which begins in the dynasty of King Bimbisara. Katrina will be seen essaying the role of an Indian professor at a Chinese University while Chan plays a Chinese archaeologist who enlists her help to unearth treasures from the Magadha era. The two then set on a journey where they also interact with the royals of that time.
'Kung Fu Yoga' will be directed by Hong Kong based filmmaker Stanley Tong and is said to feature many breathtaking stunts, which doesn’t come as a surprise keeping Chan in mind. However the surprise factor kicks in when Katrina Kaif will be seen doing those stunts in the same frame with Chan.
The actress is currently busy juggling between Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Fitoor’ and Anurag Basu’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’.
