Hyderabad: The AP Capital Region Development Authority is on the lookout for yet another consultant for the capital city. It has invited bids for consultancy for preparing an Integrated Smart Land Pooling Scheme to allot plots to landowners near the villages in which their land is located.
As per the LPS, plots are to be allotted within a year of notification. The CRDA says that these schemes are to be integrated with the existing village settlements and with the city level network of infrastructure.
“The objective of the scheme is to do justice with the families affected by construction of the capital,” said a CRDA official. The consultant shall plan the infrastructure that includes street lighting, water supply, sewerage works, rainwater harvesting, communication network etc.
