Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan was left completely astonished by the stunning visuals of S S Rajamouli’s upcoming masterpiece ‘Baahubali’. In a recent video chat with ‘Baahubali’ actor Rana Daggubati, the megastar spoke about the film.
"So Rana, I feel very privileged to have seen this first look that you just showed me of Baahubali and I am absolutely amazed and astonished that how you have been able to recreate this magnificent visual. I'm sure of course the story is equally good. You are working with Rajamouli and he is such a renowned talent. How did you conceive something like this? It's just unimaginable," he said.
To which Rana replied, “Sir it was a film that was shot for close to 400 days. And the last war piece that you see, the action went on for about 130 days. So we actually went and fought for a 130 days.”
"I feel so small in front of something like this because it's a great effort. I doubt if anything like this have been seen on Indian cinema before. I hope that millions and millions of people can see the effort that has been made because it?s truly unimaginable,?” the actor said.
"We normally see this kind of structure and this kind of action or whatever the framework is in some of the more progressive Hollywood films but to have to see this here in India is amazing," said Big B.
"I should have been in this project," he added.
