Jana Reddy criticises Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka for ‘impolite’ language
Hyderabad: Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Mr K. Jana Reddy on Friday condemned the ‘impolite’ language used by TPCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. The Congress leader had on Thursday while referring to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s remarks said, “Which useless fellow (sannasi) contacted another useless fellow.”
Reacting to Mr Jana Reddy’s comments, Mr Vikramarka said, “I don’t have details of the comments, but I am sticking to my stand. I cannot keep quiet when the CM ridicules our party MLAs and is bent on luring MLAs.”
A few days ago, the Chief Minister while participating in a public meeting in Nalgonda had said the TD leaders were trying to buy TRS MLAs to secure victory of their MLC candidate, and that it also came to his notice that the TD was trying to buy Congress MLAs, and had said, "I told Congress sannasis to take care of their lot."
Reacting to the CM's comment, Mr Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Thursday said, "I wanted to know which sannasi contacted the Congress leader." Mr Jana Reddy on Friday told his colleague that when the Congress leaders condemn the CM's impolite language, party leaders should not talk in the same language.
However, Mr Jana Reddy said he did not know whom the CM called and alerted about TD poaching Congress MLAs.
