Priyanka Chopra among the World’s most influential women on social media

Mumbai: Actress, international recording artist and the first Indian actor to land a lead role in a (large) American TV series, Priyanka Chopra, now finds herself among the 100 most popular and influential women in the world as per a recent social media report.

The Huffington Post UK recently published a list of the 100 most influential women globally on the social network today. The list was published not just on the basis of followers on social media but also to the extent of the impact the celebrity made.

Working with the Twitter marketing company SocialBro, the report ranked the most powerful 100 women, based on three filters from the influence measurement tool Kred – Influence, Outreach and the Number of followers.

Priyanka joins the likes of power-women Oprah Winfrey,Kim Kadarshian,Ellen DeGeneres,Lady Gaga,Britney Spears and Rihanna and made it to the 54thspot ,just after singers Christina Aguleira and Adele.

Brand Peecee is getting bigger by the day as she ranked higher than celebrity names like Eva Longoria, Victoria Beckham, Jessica Alba ,JK Rowling,among others.
