CM K Chandrasekhar Rao says he will not tolerate injustice
Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said no one could stop him from taking up the project Palamuru irrigation project.
Mr Rao reminded the gathering of an episode during his Palamuru padayatra in undivided AP, taken up in protest to the injustices meted to Mahbubnagar district under the Rajolibanda Diversion Scheme (RDS), the then TD MLA of Kurnool district, Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy, had threatened to blast the RDS sluices (going to TS, and in retaliation he had said that in such a case he would blast the Sunkesula project in Kurnool district.
“Now I am telling everyone, we don’t tolerate injustices to Telangana and Mahbubnagar district any more. I will go to Karnataka sit on the RDS bund and see that TS gets water if they threaten me with bombs, I will soon become an atom bomb, be careful!” Mr Rao warned.
