On-location pictures of 'Raees' reveal Shah Rukh Khan's political side

Mumbai: The latest pictures from the sets of Shah Rukh Khan’s latest film ‘Raees’ reveal that the star’s character has a political side in the film. Spotted in these pictures that have made their way on the internet are political hoardings bearing the actor’s face.

The actor will sport a beard and moustache in the film. Rumour has it that Shah Rukh will be playing the role of a gangster in the Rahul Dholakia-directed film.

The film that is set in the 1980s era in Ahemdabad also marks the debut of Mahira Khan. From the looks of the pictures, it seems like SRK will be playing a Gujrati in the film.

Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, the film which will see the 'Humsafar' star Mahira playing the wife of a gangster (Shah Rukh Khan), and will also feature critically-acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui as a cop.

Shah Rukh recently wrapped up the schedule of Raees, and left for Bulgaria to begin shooting for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’ with actress Kajol.
