Delhi Police has registered a case against the management of Delhi Golf Club.
New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a body has been found in the swimming pool of Delhi Golf Club. He has been identified as Rahul Soni who was a helper in the club's kitchen.
Soni was declared brought dead by the hospital staff and the preliminary investigation suggests no foul play in the case, police said.
Delhi Police has registered a case against the management of Delhi Golf Club under section 304A of IPC causing death due to negligence.
Accroding to the FIR, the Delhi Golf Club management ignored the norms for safety of using swimming pool.
