Samsung S6 active runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop operating system(AT&T)
Mumbai: Samsung has unveiled a new variant of its S6 series of handsets, the Samsung S6 active, featuring Activity Zone.
Samsung S6 active sports a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, having a pixel density of 577ppi. It is powered by an octa-core processor and runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop operating system. On the camera front, Samsung S6 active features a 16MP rear shooter and 5MP front-facing camera. The company also claims that the High Dynamic Range (HDR) captures good quality photos.
It offers 32GB of onboard storage and is fuelled with a 3500mAh battery. The Samsung S6 active smartphone will go on sale on June 12, 2015.
