Windows Phone users have always been the last ones to receive the latest WhatsApp update
WhatsApp rolled out its voice calling feature for Android, iOS and BlackBerry handsets at the very beginning of this year. However, Windows Phone users have always been the last ones to receive the latest WhatsApp.
Latest media reports state that the new voice calling feature of WhatsApp has arrived only on few Windows Phone units. The tech giant has released a beta version of WhatsApp voice calls only for those Windows Phone users who are a part of the ‘WhatsApp Beta Program’.
A report by Ubergizmo also stated that WhatsApp has started testing the voice calling feature for Windows Phone and is expected to officially launch it soon.
