Actress wins debutante award at IIFA this year

Kriti Sanon, who made her Tollywood debut with the Mahesh Babu starrer 1: Nenokkadine, is on a roll. After signing a Rs 1-crore endorsement deal, Kriti is in the spotlight yet again for winning the IIFA Best Female Debut Award for Heropanti. Her co-star Tiger Shroff won Best Male Debut Award.
Taking selfies with scores of her fans, Kriti seemed unfazed by all the attention. But she did express her excitement on social media for getting the prestigious award. The actress posted photos from the red carpet and wrote a thank you shout out to her family — Rahul, Geeta and sister Nupur Sanon. “And... the first award show where my family was there! All the way from India to support me here! This one’s for them,” she wrote.
