Aarthi was basically a chilled-out person and very friendly. She comes from an affluent family from US and her father is in hospitality industry, running a chain of hotels. She was very attached to her family and her sister Adithi used to always accompany her for the shoots. When I went to the US, she invited me to her house and even took me sightseeing to Atlantic City.
The entire family was very warm and treated me so well.She had a great career in Telugu. However, post Bambara Kannale, I heard she had a disturbed personal life and was going through rough phase. Our common friends told me that she detached herself from the film industry.
I was really shocked when I heard about her death. I am trying to call her family through a friend in the US to offer my condolences. It is very unfortunate and Aarthi was too young to leave.
