Lopez is convicted because of the lawsuit

A lawsuit has been filed against Latino singer Jennifer Lopez in Morocco, claiming that her performance, which was broadcast on live television, “disturbed public order and tarnished women’s honour and respect”.
According to TMZ.com, if Lopez is convicted because of the lawsuit, which was filed by an “educational group”, she could face anywhere between a month and two years in prison. However, the website reported that her conviction would be unlikely.
While JLo has performed with no trouble in Morocco earlier, this was her first televised performance, which featured her regular ensemble of skimpy clothing and suggestive dancing.
