Watch: Farhan and PeeCee croon 'DDD' title track for the first time on stage
Mumbai: The film that created a lot of buzz in the tinsel town did not seem to muster critic’s appreciation. However, that does not bother the cast and the crew as long as the box office numbers are soaring high.
Recently at the IIFA awards Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar sang a snippet from the famous title track of Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ for the audience.
While on one side Priyanka, in a shimmery baby pink gown, is seen starting the duet, Farhan on the other ends it with his husky voice. Priyanka made her background singing debut in the industry with this song, which is not a part of the film. The duo’s performance in the film is something you should definitely look out for.
The story of ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ revolves around a chic urban family, who despite having everything in the world fall short of bare necessities of everyday life and no we don’t mean food or shelter here but love. The Mehras want their son (Ranveer Singh) to get married and their daughter (Priyanka Chopra) to not get divorced.
The film is currently running in the theatres. Read our review before booking your tickets.
