Tired of typing messages? A new app converts voice into text
Apps like FB Messenger, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, Viber and Skype keep you connected with each other 24x7. With the introduction of blue ticks, last seen notifications etc, the sender expects you to reply instantly. Typing out messages continuously gets annoying many a times and that’s when you wish for the introduction of hands-free reply feature some day.
The newly introduced Touchless Chat app allows you to send messages via FB Messenger, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, Viber and Skype, without even touching your phone’s virtual keypad. On completing the installation, one needs to manually grant permission to the Touchless Chat get access to different apps on your smartphone.
For example, If you want to send a text "Hi, What's up?" via WhatsApp, all you need to do is log on to Google Now via Touchless Chat and send a voice command. As soon as you say 'Hangout' or 'WhatsApp' with (your recipient's name' 'Hi, What's up?', Touchless Chat will convert this voice command into text and send your message via a social chat app, as per your preference. The Touchless Chat app recognises 15 languages, which also include English, German, Dutch and Spanish.
Touchless Chat app basically recognises your voice commands on your smartphone via Google Now.
