Another Malayali actress in Tollywood

Hyderabad: Pearle Maanney, a VJ-turned-actress, is the second Malayali actress to debut in the Telugu industry. She will star opposite Naga Shourya in an untitled film directed by Nandini Reddy. Interestingly, Malavika Nair, another Malayali girl, who made her debut recently in Telugu with Yevade Subramanyam, is the main female lead. Malavika was confirmed earlier and now the director has roped in Pearle for the other female lead. She has done five films in Malayalam and is anchoring a reality show. She is also popular as a VJ and a model. The film’s shooting has already started. Damodara Prasad of Ala Modalaindi fame is producing the film.
