Micromax re-launches Canvas A1 with double internal storage for Rs 6,039

Micromax has launched its Android one smartphone again, but this time, with double the internal storage. The new Canvas A1 AQ4502 embraces an internal storage of 8GB, and is available online for Rs 6,039.

The new Micromax Android One has slightly different specifications than the original A1 AQ4501. The new Canvas A1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box, and of course the internal storage is double to that of the older one.

Other than that, the new Canvas A1 AQ4502, sports the identical specs to its older cousin. It sports a 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480x854 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, which is accompanies by 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. The Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4502 sports a 5MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary shooter.

On the connectivity front, it includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GPRS/ EDGE and 3G. It is fuelled by a 1700mAh battery.
