Taapsee to star in Ezhil’s next

It’s reported that director Ezhil is planning his next with Vishnu Vishal. The filmmaker, known for churning out romantic hits like Thulladha Manamum Thullum, Poovellam Un Vasam, etc., we hear is mulling over the casting for his next film. There are speculations that Taapsee Pannu, who has a few films in Tamil in her kitty, is the frontrunner for the female lead.

The film’s producers had considered Keerthy Suresh initially but later dropped the idea. While Keerthy is awaiting the release of her first outing in K’town, Taapsee is busy doing films with Selva and Thiru opposite Simbu and Jai respectively. It’s also reported that Imman, who scored music for Ezhil’s last film Vellaikara Durai, will be roped in for this one too.
