There was news that Gautham Vasudev Menon might revive his pet project Dhruva Natchathiram (DN) with Vikram in the lead. DN’s filming started years ago and marked the coming together of Gautham and Suriya, after Vaaranam Aayiram.
Touted as a stylish and urbane story, the first look of DN was launched then, which created a buzz. For some reasons, the duo fell apart and the project was put in cold storage.It looks like the movie might be resumed with Chiyaan Vikram replacing Suriya and Ayngaran International producing it. Reportedly, Arun Vijay who got a new lease of life with Gautham’s Yennai Arindhaal, has been signed on to play a crucial role.
However, when Gautham was contacted by this newspaper he denied any such development. He said, “None of that is true.” Arun Vijay was also clueless when queried. Meanwhile, Menon is busy shooting his film Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada with Simbu.
