Hyderabad: The police continued Operation ‘Roam-Yos’ and detained around 120 youths, including five minors, found roaming on the streets. They were counselled in the presence of their families and let off. Police warned youths not to roam the streets late in the night.
South zone additional DCP K. Babu Rao said special teams from all the 17 police stations took part in the operation. The teams intercepted youths who were found spending late hours on the streets creating disturbance. They were shifted to Nabeel Function Hall and counselled in the presence of their families. Police said the drive would continue for some more time and warned youths not to engage in illegal activities.
