CBSE class XII results: Dyslexia didn’t stop this boy

Despite suffering from dyslexia and dysgraphia, Yash Sinha, a student of DPS North, has secured 91 per cent

Bengaluru: Despite suffering from dyslexia and dysgraphia, Yash Sinha, a student of DPS North, has secured 91 per cent in the commerce stream. He has scored 95 in English, 79 in Economics, 94 in Business Studies, 97 in Accounts and 90 in Multimedia subjects.

Yash told Deccan Chronicle that as he suffered from learning disability, he used a scribe to write the exams. He thanked his school for the achievement. “Extra classes every day after school, special classes even after the school year and one-on-one attention helped me crack the exam,” he said.

He wants to pursue a career in animation. “The course is starting next month. I will study in Mumbai for a year and then head to Singapore for further studies,” he said.
