The master plan aims to harness the ‘positive energy’ of the Kanakadurga temple

Hyderabad: The Singapore government has prepared the master plan for the capital city Amaravati of Andhra Pradesh with five key features. Among these are creating a liveable city, enhancing connectivity and active mobility, ensuring sustainability and be a people’s capital.

The master plan aims to harness the ‘positive energy’ of the Kanakadurga temple. Singapore home minister S. Iswaran has submitted the master plan to AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday at the Secretariat.

The capital city will be pollution free and have a green belt. Every construction must have 50 per cent greenery. Drinking water will be supplied from Kondaveetivagu. The seed capital will be between Tullur and Tallayapalem of about 219 sq km.
