Kolkata: West Bengal Minister for Planning Rachpal Singh was left red-faced after he was caught on camera making his security personnel tie his shoe laces.
According to reports, Singh was attending the birthday celebration of Ramkinkar Baij at Nabanna, the Bengal state secretariat.
The incident also drew flak from opposition parties and led to an uproar inside the West Bengal assembly.
