Birthday boy Karan Johar rings in birthday with Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra

Mumbai: Bollywood director and producer Karan Johar turned a year older today, and decided to ring in his big day with his good friends Shilpa Shettya and Raj Kundra.

Karan Johar started his illustrious career at the age of 23, as an Assistant Director to filmmaker Aditya Chopra on the legendary film 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge' in 1995. He is one of the finest directors who went on to make his acting debut in 'Bombay Velvet' which sadly didn't go down well with the masses.

Karan has made a number of great Bollywood blockbusters, and has a number of projects lined up this year as director and producer including ‘Kapoor & Sons’, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, 'Shuddhi', and ‘Brothers’.
