WhatsApp may soon turn into a massive business-to-consumer communication mode

Washington: Facebook will allow Whatsapp users to contact businesses/brands for customer service inquiries and vice versa. The new business-to-consumer communication model may enable a better and quick customer service via WhatsApp.
The Verge also reported that David Wehner, Facebook CFO said that the business-to-consumer communication model has a 'good business potential' for the company.

The Next Web also reported that that the new service via WhatsApp may work with any email program. Besides, this Facebook is trying to add these features to Facebook Messenger as well.
