LG Watch Urbane teardown: Surprisingly easy to repair on your own

Amongst the many smartwatches in the market, LG’s Urbane is probably the only watch that does not look like a tiny smartphone strapped to the wrist. LG Watch Urbane dons the look of a classic dress watch, with features almost as smart as of its competitors.

The LG Urbane sports a 1.3-inch P-OLED round display. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 400 chipset, comprising of a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 512MB of RAM. The Urbane has an internal memory of 4GB and it is fuelled by a 410mAh battery. For connectivity, the LG Urbane features Bluetooth 4.1 Low Energy.

In the middle of all the smartwatch reviews, iFixit has torn-down the LG Watch Urbane. The teardown proved that surprisingly the LG Urbane, unlike the other smartwatches, is quite easy to fix and repair on your own. iFixit gave the smartwatch a whopping 7/10 reparability score (10 being the easiest to repair).
