Watch: Here's a sneak peek into Danush's 'Maari'

Mumbai: Step aside everyone, Dhanush is ready to take on the world. Dhanush had taken a short break, but it's back to business with 'Maari'. Reportedly, the actor will be playing the role of local slum chieftain and has also learnt Madras bashai. Though his earlier films were laced with romance, it seems like this time he will be executing some terrific action scenes.

After weaving his magic in 'Kaththi', Anirudh Ravichander returns with another power packed album. We hear that around five songs will make its way in the final pack which are all foot-tapping. Given the theme of the film, he has pulled out every trick in the book to ensure all the tracks are chartbusters.
