With almost every lead actor of Dil Dhadakne Do giving their two bits in terms of suggestions for the promotions of the film, director Zoya Akhtar has turned down all the “creative” ideas that have been coming in from Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma et al.
Word is that every actor in the film wants to promote their character in their own way. A scattered promotion strategy and fragile egos forced Zoya to step in at the eleventh hour and take complete charge.
“It’s completely normal to have a difference of opinion when you have such an elaborate star-cast. They have been dealing with the news about catfights and ego issues from the time they started shooting for the film. So it’s no surprise that these allegations have come around at the time of the release,” says a source close to the film.
