Unions give 15 days ultimatum to Kamalnathan Committee to complete bifurcation
Hyderabad: Telangana employees’ associations on Monday issued an ultimatum to the Kamalnathan Committee to complete the bifurcation of employees between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh within 15 days, else they would be forced to take the issue to Delhi to bring pressure on the Centre.
TRS Mahbubnagar MLA and Telangana Gazetted Officers' founder president Mr V. Srinivas Goud said the delay in division of employees has led to severe unrest among the staff and the Kamalnathan Committee had to take the responsibility for this.
Speaking to reporters at the Secretariat, Mr Goud alleged that the committee was discriminating against Telangana employees by allotting AP-native staff to Telangana, despite availability of vacancies in the Andhra Pradesh government.
