Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a unique set of haters and admirers on Twitter.
It takes just one quote or photograph to titillate their hands to appreciate or spew venom against the leader in 140 characters.
During his 3-nation tour, Modi addressed the Indian community and said “Earlier you felt ashamed of being born India, now you feel proud to represent the country”.
The controversy gave another chance to the opposition to target him for spending much on his foreign tours.
Here are some of the tweets:
So the people who speak against Modi are anti nationals & the people who defend Modi's anti India rant are nationalists.OK #ModiInsultsIndia— Scotchy Shashtri (@scotchism) May 19, 2015
